FREE BREAKFAST AND FREE LUNCH FOR ALL STUDENTS

Changes at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in the calculation involving free and reduced lunch eligibility resulted in Holton Public Schools’ eligibility for the Community Eligibility Provision involving breakfast and lunch for students. The Community Eligibility Provision allows EVERY student at Holton Public Schools to be eligible for FREE breakfast AND lunch! All families will be required to fill out an Education Benefits Form each year to assist the district in documenting its eligibility for various state and federal grants. This form will be available at your child’s school building later this month or here. You may bring your completed form to registration. There are no income limitations to be eligible for free breakfast and lunch beginning the 2018-2019 school year.

Why fill out Holton Public Schools Education Benefits Form?

PAYMENT AND MEAL ACCOUNTS:

For your convenience, we accept payment with MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards or checks on-line. You may visit the Meal Magic deposit website at https://holton.familyportal.cloud/ and register your family; this requires you to have your student(s) ID number(s). After approval you will have instant access to your children's account histories and the ability to make credit card or check on-line deposits using a secure internet connection. Students are allowed to only charge up to two meals. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your child has money in their account. Please call us with any questions. (231) 821-1731
