Muskegon County Prosecutor, DJ Hilson, spent the morning reading to our 3rd and 4th grade classrooms. His focus was on getting home safely and how Holton Red Devils can Ride with Pride.

We recently celebrated staff members who have served Holton Public Schools for 20, 25, and 30 years. This included CJ Johnson who has served Holton Public Schools for 30 Years! We also honored our retirees, Kenda Standfest, Erin Byrnes, and Sharon Almond. We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication of our staff members. Happy Retirement to all of our retirees! We also recognized our Golden Apple Award winner! The Golden Apple Award is given to an individual or group who volunteers their time in support of our students. This year, we recognized Pat Fox who supports our RED Book Program at the Elementary. Pat has supported this program for many years working to find books, sort books, pack books, and then make sure all of our elementary students are connected with a good book three times per year. She is also a great help to our Golf and Bowling Programs. Thank you, Pat, for supporting our students! Thank you all for a great school year! Have a great summer!
Summer Physical Opportunities for Student-Athletes: There are many opportunities available throughout Muskegon County—and right here at our school—to get your sports physical this summer. Below are the dates you can sign up to complete your physical for the upcoming school year. Important Reminder: All student-athletes MUST have a completed and signed physical form submitted to the school by the first day of practice, August 11th, in order to participate. On Holton!
