Attention all girls in 3-5th grade: Registration for Girls on the Run opened December 1st Please consider joining this fun and exciting group! In addition to building self confidence through running, the girls learn essential life skills as this is the cornerstone of our research-based programs. Trained volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy.
