The Holton Athletic Hall of Fame Board is honored to introduce the Class of 2024 inductees. The ninth annual class of inductees includes: Athletic Team Inductees – 1974 Wrestling Team and 2013 Varsity Softball Team Female Athletic Inductee – Ashely Friend - Class of 2015 Male Athletic Inductee – Jack Beeman - Class of 1993 Athletic Coach Inductee - Jim Knight Distinguished Service Inductee - Beth Olson A formal press release is being developed and will be shared with our website and Facebook page. In the coming days ahead we will celebrate the accomplishments of those being inducted into the Hall of Fame. In addition, personal contact is being made with all of our inductees, or with their families with more information. We hope to see you at our induction ceremony and dinner in honor of this outstanding class of inductees on November 22, 2024! The ceremony will be held at the Delta Hotel in Muskegon. Tickets will be on sale soon at the District Services Building! They are $40 each which include a dinner buffet and dessert. Contact Brandee Tanner at (231) 821-1700 with any questions. "This year's Holton High School Geometry in Construction class began the year working on carpenter's tool boxes. Several students had the opportunity to use some power tools for the first time! Geometry + Construction = Real-world learning opportunities! On Holton!"
Athletics update: We have officially decided to cancel our varsity football game vs. Ravenna this Friday. Due to unexpected injuries and low varsity numbers. Student-athlete safety is our utmost priority and responsibility. We are excited to still have our JV football team compete as scheduled against the Ravenna JV tomorrow night at Ravenna starting at 6:30 pm. There will be more updates about future games to come. Holton athletics and our entire football program appreciates your understanding and support during this process. On Holton!
Holton Elementary has added a new edition to the playground. Our new swing allows all of our students to use the swing set. Going to enjoy swinging in this beautiful warm weather.
